All the tea products we offer are handmade. The product pictures are for reference only. The actual products may vary slightly due to the season and the batch of picking. All prices are denominated in US dollars and the right to change prices without prior notice is reserved.

3. Orders and Payments
Completing the order means that you confirm the purchased products and quantities. We accept payments by major credit cards and secure payment platforms. If the order cannot be completed due to insufficient inventory or other reasons, we will contact you in a timely manner to handle the refund or alternative solutions.

4. Transportation and Delivery
We offer delivery services within the United States and some international regions. All orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. The specific shipping time varies depending on the selected service and address.

5. Return and Refund Policy
If the goods you receive have quality problems or are damaged during transportation, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods. We will provide return, exchange or refund services after verification. Handmade tea products, due to their special nature, do not accept no-reason returns except for quality issues.
